Izima Kaoru is a Japanese photographer currently living and working in Tokyo, Japan. Since 1993 he has been photographing actresses and models in staged fantasies of their perfect death. He has each woman choose the designer clothes they want to be wearing when they die. The end results are these breathtaking scenes, where the very things that are disturbing are the same that make the photos so gripping.

i don’t know how to make friends. everytime i want to make a move, all my words just shattered. i want to get to know these interesting and mindful people. people that i could actually learn something from, mutual symbiosis, but instead..i’m just standing here pretending to be exist. i don’t hate the people i’m currently stuck with..i’m just…i fear for myself not being able to make myself continue moving forward. *sigh* do i even human?
